How can I help?

The condition

Peptic ulcers are one of the most debilitating GIT conditions.

As if the pain and discomfort of ulcers weren’t bad enough, the condition can cause a loss of appetite, which can further impact health and wellbeing.

The disease is commonly associated with inflammation of the stomach and duodenum caused by helicobacter pylori bacteria.

The symptoms

Treating Peptic Ulcers

Treating the Helicobacter pylori bacteria usually allows the ulcer to heal. This is achieved using antibiotics and acid-suppressing drugs known as proton pump inhibitors.

If you suffer from peptic ulcers – or any of the common symptoms – why not arrange a consultation with leading gastroenterologist Dr Bansi.

With more than 30 years’ experience treating GIT complaints, including peptic ulcer disease, you can be confident of putting an end to this painful and debilitating condition.
